I confirm also that I am over 25 years of age. I also enclose/will forward, together with my outstanding balance, a further cheque in the sum of £500 to act as security/damage deposit and understand this will be returned to me or destroyed, following confirmation by the Agent to the Owner that no damage has occurred to the villa, its contents, the pool or the garden during my stay. Passport/identity card copies of all guests residing in the villa are also enclosed/will be forwarded together with my outstanding balance.

Note - Equipment Hire: A cot is available to hire at a weekly charge of £20 A highchair (that sits on a chair or can be free standing with short retractable legs) is available to hire at a weekly charge of £10
